Oak Grove, Missouri
Corey Shonk leads our Oak Grove, Missouri group which meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30-8:30pm CST. Corey is a special education director for the Grain Valley School District and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, jogging and crafting. She became a stepmom to two when she got married and conceived her miracle in 2021 with the help of fertility treatments. Corey decided to become a leader to help others who are going through infertility and bring them the hope of Jesus through this ministry that focuses on Jesus instead of putting hope in things of this world.
Raymore, Missouri
Makenzie Stroup leads our Raymore, Missouri group which meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Makenzie and her husband have been trying to grow their family for three years through IVF due to unexplained infertility. They are trusting God and expectant for their miracle. Makenzie is a vascular nurse practitioner who loves to read and spend time with her black lab, Buck. She became a leader to share how others can find peace in the waiting.
